Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, altered, or used.

 

Personalized Return Process:

  • We value a direct and personalized approach to returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us directly at admin@goodtimes.zone with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Based on the reason for your return, we will work with you to find the best solution. For example:
  • If you're looking to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
  • If you've changed your mind and no longer want the item, we may ask you to cover the cost of return shipping.


Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please contact us to discuss the best way to return your item and receive the replacement.


Exceptions:

  • Please be aware that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.


Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@goodtimes.zone. We will arrange for the return shipping and ensure you receive the correct or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
